International Coral Reef Symposium (ICRS) Proceedings

Search Show Tips Advanced Search

The International Coral Reef Symposium (ICRS) is held about every 4 years, and makes for the largest and main gathering of coral reef scientists in the world. The proceedings of these symposia (which started back in 1969), are an important snapshot of the state of coral reef science and research at the time of publication.

With funding from the MacArthur Foundation, and the support and permission of the International Society for Reef Studies (ISRS) and the various proceeding publishers, ReefBase has been able to scan / import all individual papers from the proceedings of ICRS 1 to 10, and make these available through these webpages.
